JRC was founded by Amit Jinabhai, a registered healthcare practitioner and experienced decision-maker, who believes that all respondents should be given a fair chance to respond to any allegations made against them via participation in an impartial Hearing/Tribunal.

Dr Jinabhai has over a decade’s experience of independently hearing and fairly dealing with complaints in a variety of environments, ranging from within academia and in clinical optometric practice, to sitting on statutory regulatory hearings involving healthcare practitioners and other regulated professionals.

Amit has a strong interest in protecting the safety and wellbeing of members of the public, maintaining public confidence in regulated professionals, and upholding proper professional standards and conduct for regulated professionals.
